Who can become a customer?
Everyone who wants to shop with us is welcome, regardless of the size of the company, the type of company you have or whether you are a private person!Just fill in at the top of the home page if you want to see the price excluding VAT or including VAT. You will be asked to fill in the required customer details. Start with social security number and it will automatically retrieve your home address. This must be done before you can approve and send the order. All customer data is treated very confidentially. Those of you who have been a customer with us before and have a customer number can contact us for a password, so you can order via the website and receive the invoice directly via us at WIP.
Prices
All prices and costs are exclusive of VAT. We deliver everything free of charge within Sweden for order values over SEK 1,500 excl. VAT. No other fees or similar are added. In addition, the lowest possible shipping cost is charged according to the agreements we have with Posten & DHL, and you as a customer always find out what it costs before you approve/send an order. However, shipping outside Europe may vary, so please contact us for shipping costs in this case.

Choose the right one
In order for your products to be useful, it is important that you choose the right cable or accessory for your needs when it comes to Wipomatic Reversing Camera Systems!If you feel unsure, call us on customer service 0243 – 25 50 10 open weekdays between 08:00 and 16:00 (winter time 17:00)
Find a product
Under assortment, you have a product menu on the left that takes you to the right product category. The heading for the menu is “Assortment”. You can also use the search function, you can see it at the top right. There you can search by product name, specification, part number or type. Eg wireless, monitor, set, camera, extra light, etc.
How do I complete the purchase?
Click on the product category on the left for which you want to see the content, there you will also find the subcategories that the page is divided into.
Click on the product category or on the product for which you want to see the contents.
Select subcategory to sort. You can choose (Add to Cart) directly if you know what you want, otherwise you will continue to search for information. Where there are several choices on Light Image or other, don’t forget to make the choice before you put the product in the shopping cart.

Click the ADD TO CART button the product is now placed in the cart as you see a small icon at the top right.
Click back to continue shopping or click the CART “ICON” at the top right. In the checkout you will see a summary of your goods, there you will see your total including shipping and VAT. You can also reach the rest of the assortment via the assortment menu on the left.
Press “TO CHECKOUT” the checkout shows a summary of your order. Here you also choose how you wish to pay for your order.
Enter your social security number xxxxxx-xxxx and press the “GET” button, then your address and most of the information will come up automatically, so you complete what is not filled in. Now you can also see the shipping if you have not reached SEK 1,500 excl. VAT as it is free of charge.
Complete the purchase by clicking on the “COMPLETE PURCHASE” button

I want to call or email my order
It is perfectly fine to e-mail your order or call us on 0243-25 50 10, it is just as advantageous as ordering online.
Payment
If you are a customer who does not want to go via Klarna (which has guarantees that you will receive the item and we always get paid), we can send with cash on delivery so that you pay when you pick up your package at the nearest Post office representative. In this case, you must call or email us directly at WIP, tel. 0243-255010 or email: info@wipomatic.nu.
Companies and previous customers can be invoiced by agreement, but then you are welcome to contact us by phone. A simplified credit check without a proof copy is done automatically when ordering against a standard invoice. Payment terms 30 days, so-called Standard invoice. Deliveries are made only to registered (individuals) or registered (companies) addresses. In the event of late payment, a reminder fee is paid in the amount that is allowed according to the current law. SEK 50 plus late payment interest of 24%. For questions regarding reminder fees/interest rates, contact us via email.
The credit limit is floating and is calculated before the purchase is completed. Maximum total credit limit incl. VAT is SEK 6,300 for individuals and SEK 20,000 for companies. Contact us on phone 0243-255010 if you need to increase your credit limit.
Delivery
We normally deliver your order within 1-2 working days of the order being approved. In the event of any delivery problems, you as a customer will be notified via email or phone that you provided!
Delivery takes place with Posten or DHL as Postal package or as Company package. Notification takes place by SMS, e-mail and in some cases by avi.
Summary Purchase terms
We welcome both companies and private individuals. All prices and amounts are ex. VAT unless otherwise stated. All orders are binding. The prices change continuously, but it is always the price at the time of ordering that applies. No fee is charged for payment against invoice. When paying by cash on delivery, there is always an additional cost! Delivery normally takes place within 1-2 working days from the order being approved. All orders are delivered free of charge for purchases over SEK 1,500 excl. VAT to recipients in Sweden. For other orders below SEK 1,500, e.g. VAT, a shipping cost as low as possible is added, which is always stated in the order before you confirm/send the order. Unclaimed packages are charged SEK 300 ex VAT. If you are not satisfied with something you ordered, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal/exchange (unused products including original packaging must be returned) unless otherwise stated. The customer pays the return shipping. Ev. fees are non-refundable. When returning the entire order, the cost of shipping and handling will be charged. Feel free to call and ask if you are unsure about anything.
All false orders or attempted fraud are reported to the police
Cancellation
All orders are binding 24 hours after they are received by us. Cancellation must be made in writing via e-mail. If you change your mind before we have sent the order, it is no problem to cancel the order. But because we have such a fast delivery time, we have to charge our costs if we have time to send out the order. In case of cancellation that takes place after the product has been sent from the quay, you will be charged for shipping costs and a handling fee. You always have the right to cancel your purchase free of charge if the item you ordered is out of stock and cannot be delivered within 10 working days.
Prices
All prices are always stated excluding VAT unless otherwise stated. The prices may change continuously depending on the availability of goods and purchase prices. However, the price stated at the time of ordering always applies, even if the price has changed after the time of ordering. We reserve the right to price changes depending on typos or incorrect information from third parties.
Payment
The invoice from WIP is debited in Swedish kronor. Payment can be made against invoice (and against cash on delivery, contact us). Amounts to be paid are always rounded up to the nearest whole kroner.
The credit period for purchases against an invoice is 14 days. For purchases against an invoice, a credit check is always carried out without special information to the person examined. Debts, payment notes or newly started companies can trade via Cash on Delivery. Only registered (individuals) or registered (companies) addresses are accepted as invoice addresses. Invoicing to an address other than the registered address can only take place after special examination. Delivery can take place to any address after an approved credit check. We always reserve the right to refuse purchase against invoice and/or demand payment in advance. In the event of late payment, a reminder fee is paid in the amount that is allowed according to the current law. SEK 50 plus late payment interest of 24%.
When buying against cash on delivery, the forwarder’s fee for cash handling is always added. cash on delivery fee which is currently SEK 49.
All goods are the property of the seller until they are paid for in full.
Shipping
All orders are delivered free of charge for purchases over SEK 1,500 ex. VAT to recipients in Sweden. For orders with a product value of less than SEK 1,500 ex VAT, the lowest shipping possible is charged (we use Posten and DHL).
